nothings black or white

James Dorahy Project Space, Sydney 2013

Everything in the show is black and white so the title begins the tension.

This tension is between words and pattern, weight and lightness, hyper flat printed surfaces and sculptural wooden forms and between black and white. The tension is also between your cultural perception and mine.
